Heart Chakra Of Compassion

The heart chakra is the fourth of the seven chakras. It is widely considered to represent a person’s ability to love and have compassion for others. You will find it at the center of the chest, and making an effort to properly open up and strenghten this chakra will reward you with better health physically and emotionally. It is important to strike a good balance, an over-active heart chakra can produce as many negative effects as having an under-active one.
By tuning our heart chakra of compassion, we will find self acceptance and naturally begin to be more acceptive of others.

Here are some symptoms to take note of, to help you determine the condition of your heart chakra:

Below are some symptoms of an under-active heart chakra:

- Low self esteem

- Low self-confidence

-Lack of concern for others

- Respiratory and circulatory disorders

- Heart disorders

Here are symptoms of an over-active heart chakra:

- A tendency to always feel responsible for others

- A dominating personality

- You tend to be over controlling in relationships

- Respiratory and circulatory disorders

- Heart disorders

If you recognize any of these symptoms, your heart chakra may be imbalanced. If this is the case, don’t worry because this can be easily corrected. My recommendation is to use binaural beats recordings to help tune your heart chakra. Binaural beats recordings are audio files of chakra frequencies. By listening to the frequency of the heart chakra, you will be able to stimulate and bring it back into it’s correct balance. You can download these special audio files for the heart chakra and even all seven of the other chakras at PowerOfChakra.com
